2 tbsp cream cheese
3 large eggs
Toppings of choice
Instructions
Mix almond flour + baking powder.
Melt cheeses in 20-second intervals.
Combine everything into dough.
Shape into bagels.
Brush with egg wash, add toppings.
Bake at 375°F for 12–15 min.
