2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

Instructions
Whip the cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Cream the base: In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add lime juice, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined.
Fold together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Chill: Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for best texture.
Garnish and serve: Top with lime zest, whipped cream, or toasted coconut before serving.
Notes
Add a keto graham-style crust layer using crushed almonds, butter, and cinnamon if desired.
Adjust lime juice or sweetener to taste.
Use coconut cream instead of dairy cream for a dairy-free version.
